A Civil ID is your identity card in Kuwait and you must have a physical hard copy of your card. Kuwait’s PACI Department allows you to order a hard copy of your Civil ID delivered to your doorstep. Paci Civil Id Delivery In Kuwait
Important: Civil ID home delivery services have been suspended. You can no longer order your Kuwait Civil ID online. The service is suspended due to the end of the contract with the home delivery service provider company. Now if you want a physical ID card then you have to visit PACI offices in Kuwait.
If you want home delivery for New Expats Civil ID or Newborn Civil ID then you should follow the below steps to get your ID home delivered.
Step 1: Go to the PACI website { https://delivery.paci.gov.kw/ }to order civil id home delivery.
Step 2: By clicking on the above link you will be taken to the Delivery Service Instructions page. Read it and click Accept.
Step 3: Now you will see a page like below. On this page, you will get two options.
- Old Civil Card is Available
- Old Civil Card is NOT Available
Follow option one or option two below as per your requirement and thereafter from step 4 onwards the process will be the same for both types of applicants.
Option 1: Old Civil Card is Available
- If you already have a Civil ID and want to renew it with the new one then select the first option called Old Civil Card Available.
- Enter your civil id number.
- Enter your civil id serial number (see the back of your id card for the serial number)
- Now click on add.
- After adding the ID Number and Serial Number, the Civil ID Number and Fee for Home Delivery will be displayed at the bottom section, as shown in the image above.
- Now select the displayed ID number and fee, and click on the Next button.
- If you want to order more than one Civil ID of the same address for home delivery then you can add it one by one and then select all displayed IDs and click on the Next button.
Option 2: Old Civil Card is NOT Available
- If you are ordering Home Delivery for New Civil ID and New Born Civil ID then select option 2.
- Select Old Civil Card ID Not Available and fill in the required fields.
- Select the Nationality of the applicant.
- Select the reason for home delivery. Click on the dropdown and select First Time Registration or New Born.
- Enter the Civil ID Number and Passport Number and click on the ADD button.
- On clicking the adding button, a new section at the bottom of the form will display the applicant’s civil ID number and the fee for delivery.
- Select the displayed Civil ID and Charges for Home Delivery and click on the Next button.
Step 4: Now a form will appear to enter basic information for delivery of the card at your home. Enter your name, preferred delivery time, phone number, email address, and preferred contact language. Select Use card address or you can also enter it manually by clicking on Enter address manually.
Step 5: Click Next after adding the delivery contact information. Now address confirmation page will appear check it carefully and click on next to confirm.
Step 6: Upon confirmation of the address, you will be redirected to the delivery fee payment page. Pay the home delivery charges using Debit/Credit cards and save the payment receipt on your device.

Once you have successfully placed the order, you can view the home delivery details online. Paci Civil ID deliveries can be tracked online using the PACI Delivery Request page. Go to the Civil ID Delivery status page and enter your Civil ID and your ID delivery result will be displayed.
